Healthy diet is a required course for lose weight. To select the healthy food is very demanding while losing weight.
There are many foods considered to be healthy in our common sense. Actually, they contain a lot of calories and fat. They are not the right foods to lose weight. It’s just too easy to let them going into your diet food.
Soup
Most soups are nutritious, healthy and delicious, while our stomach can easily feel satisfaction. However, soup use cream or milk as raw materials contains large amount of energy. A small bow of it will damage the weight loss plan.
Sugar-free cookies
Sugar-free doesn’t mean security. It’s just a word that tempts you to eat more! We tend to eat unrestrainedly under this shelter.
Coffee
Coffee is zero calories, but not everyone drink coffee without sugar or milk. If you want to lose weight, please drink bitter coffee.
Salad
